PREPARING FOR THE SHOOT
EXTERIOR
- Remove vehicles from the driveway
- Place garbage bins in the garage
- Clean windows and doors
- Store seasonal decor, toys, bicycles, garden tools, hoses, etc
- Straighten and arrange outdoor furniture
- Mow and landscape the yard
- Remove snow from front walk and driveway
INTERIOR
- Turn all lights on
- Turn all ceiling fans off
- Open all drapes and blinds
- Replace burnt out light bulbs
- Remove rugs and floor mats
- Vacuum and clean floors
- Remove all pet accessories including food/water bowls and beds
- Try to conceal any cords and remotes
- Clear clutter- shoes, toys, coats, etc.
- Depersonalize/Limit the number of family photos
KITCHEN
- Clear counter tops
- Clean appliances
- Hide trash can
- Remove small appliances- toasters, blenders, etc.
- Front of refrigerator should be clear of magnets, papers, and pictures
BATHROOM
- Clear counter tops
- Remove all items from the tub and shower
- Hang fresh towels
- Hide cleaning brushes and trash cans
- Close toilet lids
- Install full rolls of toilet paper
BEDROOOM
- Make the beds
- Arrange decorative pillows
- Put away clothing, shoes, and toys
